Meredith Strosser
Managing Partner & Senior Wealth Advisor
As our Managing Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor, Meredith handles all of CORE’s day-to-day advisor oversight. She provides assistance in client relationship building, advisor collaboration on complex accounts and ongoing account management. With her Series 24 license, she’s certified to handle all our advisor’s compliance needs, from trade review and investment recommendation suitability to marketing approval and client communication review. She strives to provide personal service that makes the review process simple for advisors so they can spend more time focusing on their businesses. Meredith attended Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit for undergraduate as well as graduate school, accomplishing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance. She has also successfully obtained the Series 7, 66, and 24 financial licensing, held through LPL Financial, in order to provide securities related advice. Meredith enjoys being active within the community and giving back in any way she can. As a resident and business owner of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Meredith is also a board member for Historic Rock Hill and Nothing Pink.
Will King, CFP®, CFS®
Chief Investment Officer & Wealth Advisor
As CORE’s Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, Will’s role revolves around ongoing investment research, management of CORE’s in-house portfolio solutions for affiliated advisors, and collaboration with other advisors on complex accounts and investment strategy. He also manages our advisors’ compensation service, aggregating each advisor’s payments and establishing a streamlined process for them to receive their income. In this role, he works with new advisors to determine the best fee structure that’s mutually beneficial for their business and our firm. Will was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC and has been heavily involved in the community since his youth. He graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC where he played wide receiver for the Furman Football team. Will and his wife, Alison, reside in Rock Hill, SC with their two children, Will and Dallas, and two adopted pugs, Weezy and Leo. Whether coaching, serving his community or consulting with clients, Will brings a long-term view and endless commitment to bettering the lives of others.
Tyler Carter
Client Relationship Manager
As CORE’s Client Relationship Manager, Tyler serves as a point of contact for any service-related questions as well as meeting scheduling and facilitation. With over seven years of industry experience, Tyler brings a mix of client-facing service and internal support to his role – ultimately, helping us ensure you continue to receive attentive, personalized care.
Tyler and his wife, Diana, live in Fort Mill, SC with their four children and dog. Outside of work, he enjoys reading fiction and the classics, riding bikes with his kids, and getting to the beach as often as possible. He is also active in his community through fundraising efforts for Fort Mill Care Center and serves at Eternal Church.
Morgan Smith
Office Manager, Advisor Relations
Morgan is truly a Jack-of-all-trades for our CORE team! She keeps our office running smoothly and manages our documentation, client communications, and all our internal processes. Morgan also oversees our onboarding process and works directly with our advisors to determine how we can best support their practice. Morgan and her husband, Chad, live in Rock Hill, SC along with their dog, Jade. Morgan grew up in Rock Hill, graduated from Northwestern High School and earned her degree from Winthrop University. Morgan is a Gamecock fan, as she started off her college career at the University of South Carolina. Morgan and Chad love spending time with their friends and family. They especially enjoy being outdoors with Jade, whether it be hiking, kayaking, or attending sporting events.
